We wish to correct the misleading impression created by
media reports attributed to us to the effect that all lobby groups supporting
Raila Odinga’s presidential bid have been merged under the umbrella of the ODM
Inter-Lobby (OIL). The correct position
is that the Raila for President Secretariat recognizes the right of all lobby
groups to work independently in their pursuit to popularize the candidature of
Prime Minister Rt Hon Raila Odinga who will be vying for the presidency on an
ODM ticket on March 4, 2013.
